Booking a Signature Residence gives you one of two identical sister homes, mirror images side by side in the alley; request a favorite and we will do our best, though a specific home cannot be guaranteed. Inside: three king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and its own 4K TV, plus a cozy kids' room with two child-size cot beds, meant just for the youngest travelers in your group. The heart of each home is a full chef's kitchen with a dedicated coffee bar, and a living and dining space that comfortably seats and dines your whole group. A half bath off the first floor living area means you never share your own bathroom during your stay.

The crown of each Signature Residence is the third floor primary suite: pitched ceilings, a private ensuite, a kitchenette with its own coffee bar, and a private rooftop deck overlooking Charleston's rooftops and steeples.

An entertainer's dream. Three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms surround an expanded living space that opens onto a small, charming private garden on one side of the home. A first floor half bath serves the living area, so every bedroom's bathroom stays private to its guests.

The flagship of Smalls Alley. Four king bedrooms with private ensuites anchor the most indulgent home in the collection, gathered around the largest pool on property. An indoor kitchenette and bar serves a full outdoor bar through a large open window, passing drinks straight between the house and the pool.

One of the four bedrooms lives in its own pool house with a living room and private ensuite, a true guest house within the residence. In the main house, a second floor outdoor spa overlooks the pool with a four person sauna, cold plunge, and a lounge and yoga area for the full fire and ice experience.

Two primary king suites with private ensuites are joined by a third king and three queen bedrooms, and the julep green kitchen at the heart of the house opens to a living room that seats your whole crew of twelve. A Note From Our Family

A family project, built with love.

Smalls Alley is a family owned lifestyle project. We grew up in hospitality families, so building, designing and operating beautiful places is simply what we love to do. This project is our own twist on a creative space: a French Mediterranean spirit, where the architecture of Alys Beach meets the ease of the French Riviera. We have poured our hearts, and truthfully quite a lot more, into these homes, and we hope you love them the way we do.

We keep things serene on purpose, with just the right social buzz, the way the French intend it. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM, and we never crowd our homes: a strict two guests per bedroom keeps every stay plush and peaceful. And we hold to one house rule above all: love and respect thy neighbor.
